Compensation & Benefits

Our years of experience have taught us how to listen to our employees in order to learned what matters most. We have assembled a comprehensive benefits program that addresses the unique needs of our therapists. We allow each employee to choose the benefits that mean something to them and have actual value.

Medical Insurance* - We offer Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO plan for family or individual coverage. The plan includes prescription coverage and minimizes out-of-pocket costs while meeting your healthcare needs. Premiums are paid through payroll deduction on a pre-tax basis.
401(k) Plan* - Regular full time employees are eligible to participate in our 401(k) plan on their date of hire. Employees may contribute up to 60% of their pre-tax earnings up to the maximum yearly limit set by the IRS. The plan offers up to 18 investment options ranging from government security funds to life solution growth funds.
Retention Bonuses* - We reward our employees for their continued years of service.
Health Reimbursement Fund* - This benefit provides eligible employees with up to $1,000 per year for reimbursement of certain health related services or expenses that are not covered by medical insurance and meet the IRS qualifications.
Professional Liability Insurance - You are covered while on assignment
Professional Dues or License Reimbursement - We will reimburse eligible employees for CEU programs required to maintain professional licenses and certain certificate programs.
Flexible Spending Account - The Flexible Spending Account allows participants to use pre-tax dollars to pay for out-of-pocket medical and dental expenses or dependent care expenses, within IRS guidelines.
