Staffing Solutions

Our staffing solutions cover the full range of our clients needs including temporary contract staff, temporary contract to direct-hire, and direct placement. We are committed to building long-term mutually beneficial relationships which are exemplified by the satisfaction our clients and communities have found in our staffing support services and solutions.

Temporary Contract Staffing: This option allows you to bring in professional therapists for a specific length of time or for a specific project. This can also be used to substitute for employees on leave, on vacation, or to provide supplemental support during your busy times. The contractor is the employee of our contracting division, freeing the client from administrative problems, tax and workers' compensation issues, payroll, and unemployment liabilities.
Temporary Contract to Direct Hire: We also offer a temp-to-hire placement option that provides employees on a temporary basis with the option to hire on a permanent basis. These candidates remain Speech Link employees until permanent hiring actions are effected. All contract, temp-to-hire and direct-hire candidates go through the same thorough screening. We offer replacement guarantees and you are under no obligation to retain or hire our candidates.
Direct Placement: Payment of search fees is "contingent" on the hiring of a referred candidate. Based on your requirements, we conduct an in-depth search but only receive payment when we produce results.
